HELPING CREATE "FINANCIAL INDEPEDENCE"

Investments

Investing money requires careful consideration and a thorough understanding of the risks involved. It is crucial to seek advice tailored to your specific circumstances before making any decisions.

The value of investments and any income from them can fall as well as rise and you may not get back the original amount invested.

We can help you to invest your money into a range of products,
for example:

Stocks & Shares ISAs,
including Junior ISAs

Don't invest unless you are prepared to lose all the money you invest. These are high-risk investments. You may not be able to access your money easily and are unlikely to be protected if something goes wrong.

HM Revenue and Customs practice and the law relating to taxation are complex and subject to individual circumstances and changes which cannot be foreseen.

Fees

What will you have to pay us for our services?

1. Initial Enquiry

Your first meeting with us will be at our expense because we feel it is important that we get to know each other before deciding whether to embark on this journey together.

There are three costs to be aware of when obtaining financial advice. The Discovery fee, Advice fee and Servicing fee.

2. Discovery

Following your enquiry, the next step for any new clients is the Discovery Process. This is where we gather and analyse your information which allows us to then design your strategy.

The cost is dependent upon the complexity of your situation, but you will be provided with a quote before proceeding.
This often falls between £500 and £1,500.

If you then proceed with an investment of more than £50,000, this fee will be discounted.

3. Investment Advice & Implementation

Where our advice includes a new investment product, our charges can be calculated from the charging structure below:

4% of the first £250,000
3% of sums   £250,001 and £500,000
2% of sums between £500,001 and £750,000
1% of sums between £750,001 and £1,000,000
0% of £1,000,001 and above

4. Servicing

In order to review and maintain your new investment, there are three servicing options:

Continuous Advice with yearly review

1.00% per annum of the total amount invested, deducted monthly from your investment

You will benefit from our Wealth Management and Financial Planning Services. Please visit these pages for the value we can provide to you.

Our Continuous Advice with yearly review service is for individual clients and families who require a regular review. You would receive an annual portfolio report, financial coaching, analysis of your goals and objectives, and access to our cashflow modelling tool. This forecasts your financial future to help you to see if you are on track to meet your goals. You would receive assistance in managing your cashflow situation and benefit from annual advice to utilise all of your tax allowances. With this annual service, you will have access to a highly qualified adviser and their team, a personalised financial plan and the full range of services available.

Continuous Advice with review every other year

0.85% per annum of the total amount invested, deducted monthly from your investment

This biennial service is for clients who have a less complex financial situation. Your circumstances and objectives are more stable and less likely to change. Having a biennial review still provides you the comfort that your investments are being looked after and reviewed.
